MokiTouch 2 isn't installing onto my device.
1. Login to your iTunes account
2. Include Mokitouch 2 in the enrollment template
3. Enroll in MDM
Note: If the app is included in the profile, it should push the (MokiTouch 2) app to the device as a managed app from MDM.
1. Check the Inventory to see status of the app. The status will let you know if it is installed, installing or if the device is busy and waiting to be installed
2. Check for the error (Device Busy); it may be waiting for other actions to complete. You will want to complete a refresh action if you see this error.
