Managed Apps Inventory List is Empty

Problem

There are not any apps listed in the Managed Apps Inventory list.

Solution

This can occur for two reasons

1. They did not push it from Moki, it was already on the device.

2. They did push it from Moki but have since removed and reinstalled the MDM profile.
