Can't Access App Settings in Moki

Problem

I can't access my app settings in Moki.

Solution

Troubleshooting Hints:

1. Make sure the app is installed on the device

2.  Make sure the app is enrolled in Moki

3. Click Change App in the top left of Moki and select the app for whose settings you are trying to change, such as MokiTouch 2
